A girl with pale skin and long black hair that fell to her waist, even in the pony tail it was in, sat upon the back on a large blood bay stallion whom had no white markings except for one on his nose which was in the shape of a five point star. The Thoroughbred danced impatiently in place, and chomped on his bit. "Easy Star..." the girl soothed, "It's only me, Audriana. No one else..." Audriana set her ice blue gaze towards the other end of the arena. Her goal? Even though she rode Star in races she also wanted to be able to take him out on a few pleasure, or trail rides. Audriana, better known as Ree, positioned her self in the Western Saddle she was using and then clucked. Star bolted forward, being an extremely responsive horse. "Star!" Ree groaned, "You have about as much sense as a yearling sometimes!" She slowed him down to a trot as she spoke.. well... It was more of a jog then a trot, which allowed Ree to do a sitting trot rather then a posting one. "That's it..." Ree murmured. Star tossed his head in high spirits. He was a pretty sight. His coat gleamed a deep, rich red-brown, his neck was a glossy arch as he moved. His rich, dark, chocolate brown eyes gave him an innocent look. Talk about desceptive appearances! As Star moved it almost seemed as if he were floating, as if his hooves never quite touched the ground. Although the stallion's hooves DID touch the ground he was rather talented when it came to making that illusion of poetry in motion. Then Star stumbled. Good things never did last... This caused him to become just as nervous as before. "Easy Star..." Ree soothed yet again, leaning forward to stroke the stallion's glossy neck. Star's ears flicked back and forth as he listend to what his owner, rider, and trainer was saying. Star did a little half rear out of high spirits, a sure sign that he was his normal self again. Ree sighed, got back into position and tried clucking again, this time getting a much milder reaction out of the stallion as he only began to do a fast trot instead of taking off full speed...
