Rules

General Rules

-No Cursing
-No shouting
-No taking out anger on other players
-Respect all Admins who helped to make this game possible
-Respect all members EVEN if you don't like them
-Any Topics PG-13 must be posted with ^PG13^
-Only Members 13 and over can play White Oaks

Finances
-Every Player starts out with $500,000
-You will recieve daily intrest, not putting in to your bank account THAT DAY! you will not recieve that money.
-Beware of your finances.
-Members are in charge of manaing there own accounts

Horses

Creating
-Each player starts with one horse per charrie
-You may create only one stallion per week
-You may make any type of horse you want, just be realistic
-NO UNICORNS, ALICORNS, PEGASUS', OR ZEBRAS
-You may not re-create famous horses(EX: Barbaro, Seabiscuit)

Aging/Retirement-Horses age one year every half year(During January-June)
-Horses are retired at age 20
-Horses must pass away at age 25, but they can pass away sooner if you'd like

Owning, Sales, Auctioning
-All horses must be in possesion of an owner 1 full day after they are created before they can be sold
-You may own as many horses as your stable/boarder allows you
-You may sell, auction, trade, or giveaway a horse at your own discreation
-Horses must be realisticlly sold

Care of Horses

Boarding
-All horses must be boarded within one week of purchase/creation
-You can earn a private/boarding stable once you attain 2 months of activeness or once you apply for one and et approved

Feed
-Horses/Pets need a certain amount of feed per month
-Feed System is:

Horse-2-50lb bags of grain and 1 hay bale

Cattle-3 hay bales per 5 cows

Dogs+Cats-1-50lb bag of feed

Small Animals-1-20lb bag of feed

-Boarding facilites may or may not offer feed, so check before
-Each member must keep a record of feed(In the horse's thread)

Vet/Farrier
-All animals must visit the vet yearly(Janurary or June)
-All horses must visit the farrier yearly(Janurary or June)
-Must also keep records of vet/farrier visits

Breeding
-Stallions must be 3yrs to breed
-Mares must be 4yrs to breed
-Mares may only have one foal (Or Twins) per simable year
-In order to breed, you must own both the horses, or have arrangements with the mare/stallion's owner
-Mares have foal in two weeks after the breeding is posted

Showing/Racing/Point Systems

Showing
-Each show entered earns a horse points
-Point System is as follows:
+1st Place=50
+2nd Place=40
+3rd Place=30
+4th Place=20
+5th Place=10
+6th-10th Place=5

-There are no points given to 11th-? place
-Show results are made by Random.org
-Members must keep a record of points

Showing Ages/Rules
-Horses under 2yrs may only show in shows that have special under age classes
-Mare+Foal may only be shown in classes together until foal gets older
-Horses can only be shown in MAX. 5 classes per show
-Each horse must be trained in order to show

Racing
-When horses are retired, they cannot return to racing
-Racers may only compete in MAX.2 races per week
-Point System is:
+1st Place-60
+2nd Place-40
+3rd Place-20

Entering/Hosting Shows/Races
-All shows/races must be posted on the correct board
-All enteries must be posted on the show/race thread
-Results must be posted within 1 week of the show/race
-Results must be posted on the results board in the showing/racing section
-You must own land to host a show

Foal Points
-Foals recieve 1/3 of the parents points unless shown with Mare, they split the points equally

Titles
Champion=150
Grand Champion=400
National Champion=500
World Champion=700
Hall of Fame=850+

Opening an Establishment
-All establishments must be approved by a White Oaks admin
-All establishments should keep an adequte record in an updated office
-Keep boarding prices on boarding stables realistic
-Businesses should also have realistic prices
